Granger and Co. had been top of my list of brunches to try in London for a while, so I decided this lazy Sunday would be the perfect day to head up to Notting Hill for a walk along Portobello Road and an infamous brunch. I had been told there would be a queue to get in so when we arrived I wasn’t surprised!! 45 minutes later we were in!!
After scanning the menu and wanting absolutely everything, we decided to go for the ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter & the Fresh Aussie, with scrambled egg, avocado, cherry tomatoes, tea smoked salmon & greens. After sipping on our tea’s and coffee’s and enjoying the fast paced atmosphere our food was here!
I had never tried ricotta hotcakes before but oh my god they were incredible. They tasted so fresh with the banana and honeycomb butter, I can see why they are famous at Granger and Co. Definitely my favourite from the two! The Fresh Aussie was also amazing too though, I had never tried tea smoked salmon instead of smoked salmon but it tasted so good with the perfectly cooked scrambled egg.
